The Mission Behind Mission Forge

Mission Forge was founded on a simple belief: the United States remains the greatest force for freedom, innovation, and opportunity in the world, and every generation has a responsibility to contribute to its continued success.

Our company exists to help government agencies, public institutions, and mission-driven organizations solve complex problems through technology, innovation, and disciplined execution. We develop software applications, artificial intelligence solutions, automation systems, data analytics platforms, and emerging technologies that improve operational effectiveness and help organizations accomplish their missions.

The name Mission Forge reflects our purpose. Historically, a forge was where raw materials were transformed into tools that built communities, strengthened nations, and advanced civilization. At Mission Forge, we transform ideas into capabilities that support the missions of those who serve our country.

The foundation of Mission Forge is rooted in the American story.

My grandfather never finished high school. During World War II, he was drafted into the United States Navy and left Wichita Falls, Texas, for San Diego, California. Following the war, he remained in San Diego and embraced the opportunities made possible by the American free enterprise system. He founded a plumbing company that grew into one of San Diego's most respected construction plumbing businesses, helping build military housing and infrastructure throughout the region. Through hard work, integrity, and determination, he also built a successful real estate portfolio and created opportunities for future generations.

His story demonstrated that service to country and entrepreneurship are not separate ideals — they are often connected. The same values that build strong communities and strong businesses also help build a strong nation.

A second major influence in my life was a Force Recon Marine commander from Camp Pendleton named Buck Doyle. During high school, I was an undersized athlete with aspirations of playing college football. Buck became a mentor who challenged me physically, mentally, and spiritually. He taught me discipline, resilience, accountability, and the importance of maximizing the gifts and opportunities we have been given.

Through his mentorship and years of dedicated effort, I earned the opportunity to play four years of Division I football at Brigham Young University.

Together, my grandfather and Buck instilled in me a deep respect for service, leadership, personal responsibility, faith, and love of country. Those lessons continue to shape how I approach business and leadership today.
